The RN will go to the residence and perform a check-in including obtaining a set of vital signs, reviewing medications, and monitoring for progression of chronic health conditions.

Price packages: Residence within 30 miles of Siler City or travel fee will apply

One weekly check-in: $100

Bi-weekly check-in: $175

Three check-ins per week: $250

The RN will help you manage your health conditions by reviewing your medical records, set up follow-up appointments for you, prepare questions for providers, and even go to the appointment with you if needed.

Price: $50/hour with one hour minimum required

The RN will monitor you at your choice of residence following surgery ensuring your vitals signs keep a positive trend, performing physical assessments, and monitoring your wounds/dressings based off of your discharge instructions from your surgeon.

Price:$100/hour with one hour minimum required

Surgical day package: $600 includes transport to surgery, transport to patient's place of residence after surgery, and 4 hours of immediate post operative care

The RN will drive you to or meet you at your medical appointment. This service is good for anyone needing an advocate or medical jargon translator during pre-op, post-op, follow-up, or new patient appointments.

Price: Appointment location must be within 30 miles of residence or travel fee will apply
