Meet the RN

My name is Kaylee, and I am the solo owner and operator of Bridge Point Concierge Nursing. I have been a registered nurse for 8 years with experience in various departments and locations. I started off my nursing career working in the emergency department at a level II trauma center. During Covid, I began travel nursing and worked in numerous emergency rooms across the country including the Mayo Clinc, level I trauma centers, ortho centers, and burn centers. After, I decided to gain experience in the surgical setting. I worked in pre-admission testing, pre-op, PACU, and post-op. I have worked in hospital OR's and outpatient surgical centers, with my last job being a surgery center manager. I recently moved from South Carolina to North Carolina after getting married.

I decided I wanted to open up a concierge nursing business after taking care of my own grandmother during her time on hospice. I know first-hand how difficult it is to navigate insurance appeals and processes, so I have created a business that is private pay only. This is to ensure that every patient who needs care outside of the hospital can get personalized care by a registered nurse without having to get it approved through insurance companies. Whether you're looking for someone to check in bi-weekly, help manage medications, prevent flare-ups from chronic diseases, advocate for you at medical appointents, or just want someone monitoring your vital signs and dressings during recovery from surgery, I will make sure you are well taken care of and help prevent any unecessary hospital visits.
