What is concierge nursing?

Concierge nursing is personalized care given to patients at their residence by a registered nurse. The goal of Bridge Point Concierge Nursing is to bridge the gap between hospital care and home care. Concierge nursing is not a home health agency, therefore we do not accept insurance. Services include wellness checks, post surgical support, patient advocacy, patient transport, and chronic disease support.
